Lilium candidum
Lilium candidum belongs to the familiy of lily. I grows in the eastern Mediterranean Countries from Greece to Israel, in Syria and on the Krete Island.
It needs especially dry and firm loamy ground from the lowlands to the mountainous regions. Lilium candidum is in flower from may to June.
